1. Technical Support for software distributed by Aditi Infotech is provided to all the clients under
    current maintenance license through email, phone, online and personal visit if required.
2. Technical support is available Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays) 10:00 am 6:00 pm (IST).

3. Explanation of software / Instruments features and processes
